Big Lots has fallen.

Big Lots, Inc. has recently announced the closure of all of their retail stores today.

While there was a planned sale of the company to Nexus Capital Management announced shortly after the company's bankruptcy, it is now saying that it might not be completed, head honcho Bruce Thorn has said "While we remain hopeful that we can close an alternative going concern transaction, in order to protect the value of the Big Lots estate, we have made the difficult decision to begin the GOB process.”

Gonna be real, this sucks, I'll never forget the time I went to my local Big Lots and played Super Mario 3D Land, but of course, nothing lasts forever.
