In a recent turn of events, Big Lots has announced this Friday that they have found another buyer, Gordon Brothers Retail Partners, to transfer their stores, distribution centers and other assets, while Variety Wholesalers plans to acquire around 200 to 400 Big Lots stores and operate them under the Big Lots brand, with plans to also buy 2 distribution centers.
