Parents of 10-year old girl sentenced to life in prison for murder

I will admit - I had no idea about this case about a few hours ago. But this.. is genuinely one of the most disgusting fucking things I've ever seen.

The parents of 10-year old Sara Sharif - father Urfan Sharif (43) and stepmother Beinash Batool (30), have been sentenced to life in prison for Sara's murder. Mr Sharif was sentenced to life with a minimum of 40 years, while Batool was sentenced to a minimum of 33 years. They will most likely die in prison.

Obviously the disgusting fucking thing is not that they were sentenced to life, it's the fact that these pieces of dogshit filth thought it was perfectly fine to treat any human being like this, let alone a 10 year old girl. It's proof that humanity is fucked. It's just fucked.

Sara was brutally murdered on the 8th of August 2023 by Urfan; he fessed up to his crime to a 999 operator in Pakistan, which he had fled to along with Batool, his brother, Faisal Malik and his five remaining children. He told the operator: "I've killed my daughter", and "I beat her up, it wasn't my intention to kill her, but I beat her up too much". He claimed that he "legally punished her", which clearly he fucking hadn't considering that she ended up dead.

Her body was found on the morning of the 10th of August, by PC George Van Der Wart. In court, just some of the injuries inflicted by Urfan onto Sara were revealed, including several broken bones, a puncture wound to the skull, trauma caused by blunt objects, restraint injuries, a burn to the buttock caused by a hot iron, scalds caused by hot water and even teeth marks.

Police interview footage of Beinash Batool was released a couple of days ago, during which the disgusting sack of flesh responds to every question with "no comment", even when the interviewer asks if she loved Sara or even marginally cared about her at all. This is the face of a woman who only seeks to save her own skin and not at least TRY and vindicate her stepdaughter.

The worst part about all of this, apart from the child murder obviously is that this could have been prevented. Sara was known to social services prior to her murder; since she was born, in fact. Sara spent a few years in foster care before being placed in the hands of her father Urfan in 2019, a man who has had a history of abusing women. Ultimately, the only people to truly fail Sara were social services; putting her in the care of these cowardly self serving pieces of maggot-infested shit was just a disaster waiting to happen.

The system failed Sara. They will say lessons will be learnt, and they're right. Just like they were right the last time. And the last time. And the last time...
